About

Me After Mum is a coaching service designed to empower women to find their balance and navigate the transitions of motherhood.

The idea behind Me After Mum came when founder, Daisy Lainoff, was on maternity leave with her son. During her pregnancy, Daisy experienced burnout and began to question how she perceived herself and her priorities.

“During my pregnancy, I was signed off work due to anxiety. I was totally burnt out. It was such a stressful time, but what added to the stress was that I began to question everything that formed part of my sense of self.

I had always been really career driven and now I wasn’t working.

I could no longer do so many of the fun things that I felt made me, me.

After my son was born, people stopped asking about me as an individual, everything related to my son. I felt like I stopped existing as me and just existed as Mum.”

When Daisy shared her feelings with other mums, she realised this was not a unique experience, but something almost every mum, no matter how old their child was, was going through. Daisy realised that she wanted to empower women to find their balance and navigate the transitions of motherhood.

Me After Mum provides women with a safe and open environment to discuss and overcome their individual challenges. It also provides them with the tools to identify, clearly define, and achieve their goals.

Me After Mum can support you through the transitions of motherhood so you can feel balanced and content.
